Horrible Experience and Rude Owner by hongst1987 on 8/11/2022 We used this company to redo the kitchen/dining room flooring at my dad's house. They originally finished the dining room on 5/13/22, but held off on putting the transition strips back on until the kitchen floor was done so they would know the height difference (photo attached). They completed the kitchen a month later on 6/14/22, but still did not install the transition strips. My dad then proceeded to call and email for 1 month and 19 days to try and get them to come back out to finish the work before they finally did on 8/3/22 (all documented). There was never any discussion or communication of an additional charge for the transition strips (the installation of the strips was also discussed while the flooring was being done because they would need to prepare the strip with the correct height difference). Now, after the transition strips have been installed they are trying to add an additional $200 for the work (which should have been done in the first place) and threatening to come to my dad's house and uninstall the strips if he doesn't pay (also documented). I tried to call and have a discussion with the owner and all he wanted to do is argue. I couldn't even get a word out without being interrupted and talked down too. This is extremely unprofessional and I would advise anyone reading this to find a different company to save yourself the headache.
