Tallmadge Health and Rehab

Established in 2021, Tallmadge Health and Rehab is a 90-bed skilled nursing and senior rehabilitation center. We’re proudly located in Tallmadge, Ohio, which is the second-largest city in Summit County.

Our building is minutes away from Tallmadge Circle, a place where visitors can explore the history of this beautiful focal point and the landmarks surrounding it. We are also conveniently located near 6 Corners where you can find shopping, restaurants, and local parks for walking and picnicking nearby.

During the spring and summer months, our city will have a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and baked goods at the local farmers’ market. You can also enjoy the outdoor patios and the breathtaking views surrounding these beautiful grounds.
