Community Skilled Health Care Centre

CSHCC offers four different models of care. The operational implications vary with each setting.

1. Rehabilitation Unit
2. Dementia Unit
3. Intermediate Care Units
4. Assisted Living Residence

The therapeutic goals of each unit link the programmatic and functional concerns for residents with the physical environment. This provides the foundation for each unit.

Residents will have the opportunity to participate in many activities at Community Skilled Health Care. Our activity room features a 120 gallon fresh water aquarium that residents love to watch while gathered for games or quietly reading. We also have a piano in the activity hall that oftentimes invites impromptu performances to the delight of our residents.
