Horrible company by Sherry Phillips on 10/13/2023 Please, please do not use this company! I had tence installed last year after suddenly losing my husband. I have been having several issues such as the latch on gate wobbles and not secured, splits in the pickets, staining that has really faded. I have been in contact with Mr. Huss since July trying to have the gate repaired, he will tell me he's coming but never shows up, no communication, nothing. This has happened time and time again. I supported his company as he was a former student of my niece and he had done some work for her. I have given him so many opportunities to take care of the issues I'm having. I tried to avoid at all cost filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and leaving a review like this however, he has left me no choice. I will be hiring somebody to make the necessary repairs needed. I am not an unreasonable person. I understand that life happens and things come up but there always needs to be communication from the company you're working with and you won't get that from this company. I just don't want something like this to happen to someone else and that's the reason for this review and the complaint that will be filed with the Better Business Bureau. I also left a review on the company Facebook page and I have not been blocked.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! by Heather Adams on 5/21/2023 B&H outdoor service installed my fence in October of ‘22 and then after promising to stain the fence he finally came back to stain the fence 6 months later and chose to rush through the job on a super windy day which I questioned and he assured me it was fine but then he left it unfinished and drippy all over it and refuses to come and fix it or replace what he and his team messed up. He has blocked me on Facebook and will not answer messages. I have pictures and can take more. I also have all text and fb messages from said owner Hayden Huss. I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
