Shine Memberships: Should you choose to cancel your Shine Membership before the 12-month commitment is complete, an early termination fee of 15% of the remaining annual balance will be applied.

We know Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable! If extreme weather events occur, we'll contact you immediately to reschedule your detailing session. Otherwise, normal rain and most weather conditions won't stop us with our mobile auto detailing. We use a fully enclosed tent to protect your vehicle from the elements on those days. Once we're done, your car can go right into your garage. At the shop your vehicle stays protected within the controlled environment of our facility. Note for cold weather detailing: For detailing sessions when the outdoor temperature is below 35 degrees, we'll shift to our shop, ensuring you're not charged the mobile service rate. This convenient option is typically only needed for about two months out of the year.

You have two convenient options for our services: we can either come to you or you can bring your vehicle to our shop. Opting for our mobile service incurs an additional fee for the convenience of us coming directly to your location. However, if you prefer to save money, you're welcome to drop off your vehicle at our shop. Yes, we can even come to your office! We simply need to ensure we have permission from the business and that there's adequate space to complete the detailing service. Aside from that, our mobile unit is entirely self-sufficient—we do not require a water hookup or electricity.
