Brown Law Office, PLLC is a full service law firm practicing civil law in Southeastern Oklahoma. From 1995 through 2012, Monte practiced with his brother, Wesley Brown, as Brown & Brown Law Office until Wesley's retirement. In January 2013, Monte established his solo practice as Brown Law Office, PLLC at 215 East Choctaw, Suite 117, McAlester, Oklahoma. Our firm currently focuses on probate; preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning; Social Security disability cases; general civil litigation; and simple and complex personal injury litigation.
