No Good: Carlos Colin Aguilar. by U.S. MARINE CORPS COMBAT VETERAN. on 1/26/2025 U.S. MARINE CORPS - —————————IRAQ WAR - COMBAT VETERAN; scammed by Carlos Colin Aguilar, and Ronnie L. Bichsel.In August 2023; Carlos Colin Aguilar, who Owns Charlie’s Roofing llc. Was hired by Ronnie L. Bichsel which R. Bichsel Construction, and was hired to perform the metal siding, and roofing.It’s now January 2025; and a Certificate of Occupancy cannot be obtained because the final Inspection has failed due to; Carlos Colin Aguilar’s failure to understand, and competently install the work to the Local, and International Building Codes.No roof ventilation; No soffit ventilation.Windows j-trim leaks on, and around all windows, and door openings.Some screws are over tightened, some screws have 2 washers, some screws have no washers, and some screws are upside down with the rubber side up, and the metal side of the washer down.Bent metal sheets, scratched metal sheets.Some metal sheets are installed with the overlapping side underlapped.This was as far as I’m concerned a Guess as you go Approach, and Immediately confronted Carlos Aguilar; on the first day , and pointed out what I was seeing.Al he would say is “I Fix - I Fix” Carlos was giving multiple chances to correct, but started not showing up anymore.I seen him up on top of a preachers; John Parish’s roof right up the road, and he was re-roofing his house, and mine still wasn’t finished almost a year later.For those of you out there looking for a good Craftsman of any kind; do your homework.I would Not let; Carlos Colin Aguilar, touch your project of any kind because he doesn’t seem to have not even 2 Peanut's in that head of his to understand what he is doing.Having to take legal matters now because House stuck in a construction loan because the Department of Veterans Affairs will not pass the Inspection, and City of Eufaula will not pass as well.BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE-
