Messy isn't the word. The staff is overwhelmed and the managers wouldn't do anything if they were on fire. I literally have seen mangers stand around talking while these kids are armpit deep in mess.

This has to be the messiest store I've ever been to. It is literally unsafe to walk around in there what with the crowded aisles, merchandise falling off the shelves and lying all over the floors and what seems to be only 2-3 people…

This Burlington Coat Factory has a good selection of stuff, and decent prices. The store is overly crowded and the sales staff aren't willing to help at all. They always seem to be upset you disturbed them.

Love shopping here. Have things for the whole family. They dont just sale coats. Though they have great coats too. Many options to choose from also. check them out!
