The company was established in 1985 by Michael Sykes, who had over 42 years of experience in the Mechanical and HVAC industry. Lance Dutcher, after over 25 years of service, became co-owner of Mike’s Heating & Air Conditioning in 2021. Lance has been with Mike’s Heating & Air Conditioning since 1996 and has an extensive background in the HVAC industry. Due to Lance and Mike’s vast experience, they have built up a large base, thus enhancing the company’s ability to handle a wide range of mechanical projects.
