Poor customer service by billandcindy via Citysearch on 11/9/2007

I used their web site and emailed them for a design and quote. it took over 2 weeks before they responded. Someone came out a few days later, took pictures, did some sketches and wrote down the ideas we had. I have heard nothing back…
