Meaning of Setting Your Intentions. ... Your intentions will assist you in taking greater control of your life. Defining Intention. A working definition for intention is: “to have in mind a purpose or plan, to direct the mind, to aim.” Lacking intention, we sometimes stray without meaning or direction.

4 week YIN series.
3/6 - Digestion Yin - Everything that enters the body must be digested or it will end up as a toxin. Help aid in your digestion with a series of yin postures.
3/13 - Detox Yin - Each posture will work on different areas of the body to help detox your system.
3/20 - Vitality and Wellness Yin - Are you surrounded by sick people? Avoid getting the crud build your immune system and just feel better all around.
3/27 - Chakra Yin - Each posture will be associated with one of the seven chakras. Appropriate essential oils will be used to open each chakra.

Each week we will focus on one or more chakras until we have explored all 7 of the Chakras. We will learn how to open and heal each chakra.?
