Access Engineering is a small consulting firm specializing in transportation engineering planning and design. Formed in October, 1994, Access Engineering has amassed valuable experience working on projects all over the state of Oregon. From May 1996 until September of 2005, Access Engineering was<br>the Transportation Division of L.B. Olson and Associates, Inc. <br><br>Access Engineering is now an independent LLC with offices in downtown Eugene. Our projects include diverse elements such as trip generation and distribution,<br>intersection analyses, safety studies, pedestrian/bicycle studies, air quality analyses, construction traffic control plans, and street alignments. Our staff includes personnel experienced in the design of traffic signals and street lighting as well as ODOT certified inspectors. Traffic studies and design services have<br>been successfully conducted for both public agencies and private companies and developers. The firm has in depth experience in the application of complex microscopic traffic and transit simulation models such as VISSIM as well as macroscopic signal optimization programs such as TRANSYT-7F and<br>SYNCHRO.
