The communication of when they will arrive to do the floors is very poor and usually doesn't happen. Schedules created and not always kept or communicated when they will not be met. The actual service of cleaning of floors are good.

When the desks are wiped off ,they are not wiped with a clean cloth, there is always rag marks left on desk. walls not wiped down computer monitors and phones not wiped off railing in office not wiped down

We were unhappy with our previous vendor and decided to switch to Unequalled. The customer service they provide is at a level that you just don't see much of these days. Highly recommended!
