This is a review on the delivery portion, in particular the Home delivery aspect of this Fedex office. I appreciate the delivery man or woman's repeated attempts to deliver my package, however I don't believe they put much effort into it…

Kinkos does a great job at providing people to help people like me that don't always know how to work technology. Their self-service machines are efficient and their in-store services are the best of quality.

Overall a very good printing experience. I use them once a month to print several hundred newsletters, and it's convenient, but a bit spendy compared to competitors. I would not use them, except for their print-direct feature.
