WARNING!! by mb on 5/1/2024 I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a grave error made by a representative of UPS Store #5572 located at 38954 Proctor Blvd, Sandy, Oregon. On April 12th, I visited this establishment with the urgent need to have a construction lien waiver notarized. Unfortunately, the notarization process was mishandled, resulting in significant consequences for our business.The representative who notarized the paperwork, identified as the county recorder, made a critical mistake by erroneously writing their own name in the notary acknowledgment statement, instead of the signer's name. This error rendered the document legally invalid and subsequently led to the loss of our lien rights. As a consequence, my company has suffered a substantial financial loss totaling $13,869.69.Despite the urgency of rectifying this error, we were unable to do so in a timely manner, ultimately leading to the forfeiture of our lien rights and the associated financial repercussions. Additionally, our attempts to address this issue with the owner of the UPS Store were met with hostility and refusal to cooperate. The owner not only failed to take responsibility for the error but also declined to provide us with their ENO (Errors and Omissions) insurance information, which is essential for us to file a claim for the damages incurred.This negligence on the part of UPS Store #5572 and its representative has had severe consequences for our business operations and financial standing. We demand a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible party. Furthermore, we expect full cooperation from the UPS Store owner in providing the necessary insurance information to facilitate the resolution of this issue.We trust that UPS will take prompt and decisive action to address this complaint and ensure that such errors are not repeated in the future

Nice Store by JLeilani via Citysearch on 6/20/2009 I had no idea we had a store in Sandy that I could get more mortgage documents notarized, copied and shipped off all in one place. The staff was friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized.
