Over-Achieve Fitness

Over-Achieve Fitness is dedicated to everyone who believed in Mike Over. Being able to grow as a trainer and friend has allowed OAF to grow together with fitness and relationships. We have a true support system, full of love and faith in one another. We hope to continue to grow and develop Chambersburg into one of the fittest gyms in the state!

Here at OAF we specialize in athlete training with incredible 1v1 and group workouts for all levels. We are available to train with personal sessions and with all types of group training sessions. Some of our other services include strength training, conditioning, cycling / spinning, and more.
