Home sleep testing

Your physician might prescribe home sleep testing if you have symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea. Call 888-402-LVHN (5846) to request an appointment to pick up your home sleep testing equipment at this location. In-lab testing is available in Allentown, Bethlehem and Hazleton. Free Shuttle to LVH–Cedar Crest



If you need to see a physician or have tests done at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest, our free shuttle will take you there. We’ll pick you up at Health Center at Hamburg and drop you off there on your return. To get information on departure times and reserve a seat, call 610-562-3066.
