Not reliable or trustworthy. by home on 11/15/2022 WOW! Same issues as many other reviewers. I only used this guy because the fridge was under warranty and they sent him out on October 25 2022. He finally called to schedule an appointment on Nov 14th at 10-12. NO-show, I called at 1:30, no answer, but he texted he was tied up with another all and would call me back later, No call later. I called Nov 15th am, no answer. Called in the afternoon he sent a message he couldn't talk right now. I texted back to see when he was coming, no response. I called the warranty company to have a new service center sent. I understaned things come up, but to not have the courtesy to call and keep me updated is unacceptable.
