Rip off! by Stefanie S. via Judy's Book on 8/16/2005

My Mom banks at this bank and she has had more trouble with her account. They wait almost a WEEK for a check to clear, they are very unresponsive and, even when she went in to complain, she was treated with disrespect. Do not bank here.
