Welcome to Lancaster General Health Physicians Diabetes & Endocrinology. We provide diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders including, diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and obesity. Our clinicians work with you to develop a long-term management plan to help minimize the impact of your disorder.
If you are a new patient, we require a referral from your doctor. Referrals can be placed electronically through the EPIC electronic medical record or by fax (along with necessary medical records) at 717-544-3638. After your information is reviewed, we will call you to schedule an appointment.
