I have devoted my career to defending individual’s rights. I have defended hundred of clients in serious felony and misdemeanor cases including, but not limited to aggravated assault, rape, robbery, burglary, drug crimes, domestic violence and driving under the influence (DUI).

As both a private criminal defense attorney and former Delaware County Public Defender, I have facilitated multiple clients’ acceptance into first time offender and rehabilitation programs such as Accelerated Rehabilitation Diversionary (ARD) and Drug Treatment Court. As a former Delaware County Public Defender, I was also assigned to Delaware County’s District Drug Court and became seasoned in defending clients charged with drug related crimes, such as possession of a controlled substance.

I have conducted hundreds of hearings throughout my time as a criminal defense attorney. In addition, I have spent hours visiting clients at George W. Hill Correctional Facility and Chester County Prison. Often, I’ve been able to obtain dismissals based on the Commonwealth’s failure to meet the required burden of proof.

Some of my greatest achievements include, but are not limited to dismissals of possession of firearms, drug possession, robbery, fraud and assault charges based on the Commonwealth’s failure to produce evidence or meet the required elements of the crimes.

I am passionate about my clients and believe that every individual has a right to a fair defense. I am willing to go the extra mile and my experience shows that I will not back down until we achieve the best possible result.
