Needing a tow is a nightmare experience in itself, but having to wait hours for a tow service makes the experience even worse. Calling Peifer Towing and Recovery was the best decision I made, after my car died. Within 30 minutes of the call, Todd was there to help. In addition to a tow to my preferred auto shop, Todd provided a wealth of information and support. He is the only towing service I've ever used that actually demonstrated a focus on customer service and experience. Fair pricing, great service - so I HIGHLY recommend.
