ICCS was formed in December of 2015 as a premium provider of a full menu of outsourced customer care programs. The president of ICCS, Shawn Hoover, had previously spent over 20 years as president of a very successful telemarketing firm. He then expanded his program offerings and launched ICCS at the end of 2015 so as to offer businesses a much broader array of customer services.

Recently, our company hired Infinity Customer Care Solutions to call into hospitals to speak with Lactation consultants in order to generate leads for our product. Infinity Customer Care Solutions has sent us high quality leads which have resulted in potential customers requesting samples for review, which was the ultimate goal of the calling campaign. We are very pleased with the results of our pilot program, and as a result, we have renewed for more hours. Infinity Customer Care Solutions callers are very professional and they do a great job of following up with each and every lead, they have been able to reach many consultants who are normally very hard to get on the telephone. We have also been very happy with their response time and the detailed reports they provide. We would definitely recommend Infinity Customer Care Solutions to other companies based on the great experience we have had with them!

I must say that Infinity Customer Care Solutions is a true professional. They took the time to become familiar with my company. They asked me about my goals for the campaign. This company is great!
