Very cooperative and supportive staff who are knowledgeable. Will not attempt to sell an additional service if they do not believe it will help the carpets.

Great customer service - something that is lacking with so many companies these days. You deliver what you say you will do....the carpets look fantastic and the employees are all very courteous and helpful.

Good. The young man who did the work did it well, arrived on time, no problems. The carpet did not take a lot of time to dry. I used to clean our carpet myself, but it just didn`t work well. I`ll use your service again.

I was shocked he got all the stains out! The carpet looked almost brand new! The carpet was ten years old, I was amazed! This is the best job I have ever received!
