At no time since Yoder's has been open for business have they used instant mashed potato mix. They use whole potatoes, milk, salt, and butter in their recipe. In fact, someone once tried to used instant mix and it was quickly refused.

All I can say is YUCK, the potatoes were instant, the seafood was just gross, about the worst food I've ever eaten, althought the desserts were quite delicious. If your in the area, don't bother.
