PilatesByPamela is a STOTT Pilates studio located in Philadelphia, PA. We provide reformer and also mat sessions for individuals of all levels. We have an extremely private, comfortable setting that radiates a feeling of calmness and focus. Only private or duet sessions are offered, permitting clients to take part in tough and also inspiring mind-body workouts without interruption. Our studio is furnished with advanced equipment consisting of the following: V2 Max Plus Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels, Complementary small equipment and other accessories.
