M&M Builders PGH

M&M Builders PGH was established by Michael Spess and Michael Ciarletta. Under the employ of a high end builder in Pittsburgh, we both enjoyed doing the same phases of construction and we pushed each other to do the best work we could produce. In 2022 we decided to partner and start M&M Builders PGH for general contracting and remodeling projects. Our main goals were to keep things simple, provide the highest level of craftsmanship and be the ideal renovation contractors for our customers. We pride ourselves on being trustworthy, knowledgeable, proactive, and dependable. Today we offer full spectrum residential general contracting with a focus on kitchen & bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, additions, decks and outdoor living spaces.
