John Fazio, DMD

Dr. Fazio is an experienced dentist with over 37 years of practice, including 18 years with Aspen Dental. After graduating from Penn State University, he attended Pitt Dental and completed his residency at Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Dr. Fazio is committed to ongoing continuing education to ensure his patients benefit from the latest procedures and technologies available. He is deeply dedicated to patient care and well-being, always placing their needs first and treating each individual as if they were family.
He provides a full range of services including prevention, restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, implants, and implant-supported dentures. Dr. Fazio also specializes in full-mouth implant rehabilitation, helping patients restore complete function, health, and confidence through comprehensive implant solutions.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and relaxing outdoors.
