Hello, my name is Emily Hoglund, a dedicated and compassionate Nail technician with a background in Psychology and a genuine passion for making clients feel good about themselves. Throughout my years of working with individuals ranging from physical disabilities to mental and intellectual disabilities, I discovered my love for pampering and enhancing their quality of life through nail care, makeup, and hair services.

In 2018, I decided to pursue my passion for nails by attending Empire Beauty School. Since then, I have been honing my skills and providing exceptional nail services to my clients. What sets my Nail services apart from others in the industry is my commitment to maintaining the integrity of the nail. I prioritize the use of cleaner products such as ORLY gel and Dazzle Dry, avoiding acrylic powders and harsh toxic chemicals. By using these products, I not only create stunning nail designs but also ensure the long-term health and strength of my clients' natural nails.

My specialization lies in various nail care techniques and designs. I particularly enjoy using Stamp nail art techniques, along with free-hand and abstract nail art. If a client has a specific design in mind, I am always eager to learn and recreate it for them.

The health and safety of my clients are of utmost importance to me. At Pittsburgh Salon Studios, where I work, we maintain a clean and hygienic environment using Bactronix and C3 Cleaner. Additionally, I adhere to State Board Certified procedures for cleaning tools and implements. For pedicures, I utilize a copper bowl, not only for its health benefits but also to ensure that no fungus or bacteria ever comes into contact with my clients' feet.

Throughout my career as a Nail technician, I have had the privilege of working with celebrities filming in Pittsburgh and at elite spas in the area. These experiences have provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the industry and further fueled my commitment to delivering exceptional nail services.
