I can't say enough nice things about this company

Melissa and Bill Kish were amazing to work with from start to finish. We got bids from over five companies, but none of them came close to the level of customer service we received with the Kish's. Most companies were very "salesy" but Melissa and Bill were honest and kind from the beginning. They even told us where we could save money elsewhere (they specifically said, "We can't compete with replacing your front door, you're better off to go somewhere else for that"). How may companies will be that honest with someone? Not many, that's for sure. We communicated back and forth many times before committing to pursuing their company to install our windows, and every time we called or emailed, we received a response within minutes to just a few hours. Such amazing customer service! The installation process was a breeze; the crew was incredibly kind and even brought my son a toy tool belt so he could feel like part of the team. They were courteous, clean, and most importantly, got the job done in exactly three days (their estimate). Had the weather been nicer, it would have been one day less. I can't say enough nice things about this company. Do not hesitate to contact them for a free quote!
