Great company, they replaced every window in our house with no problems. They left no mess behind and the owners were on site during install. Very professional, they had the best prices for the windows I wanted and helped us make an informed decision as to which brand best met our needs. It's been 2 winters with no problems, or leaks. I highly recommend them. They replaced my sills and did custom interior trim as well. Thanks!

Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company! They do excellent work and came out right away to give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace my windows with new Anderson windows throughout my home. I am very happy that we choose this company to do this work.

We got 3 quotes for windows for our house. Window installation specialists was the best offer of the 3. They were $5000 cheaper than the highest bid. They even included an Angie’s list coupon they had going at the time. (We were quoting the exact same line of Marvin windows). They were professional. Melissa even called to see if they could reschedule the installation start date, because one of their guys was in the hospital. I appreciate that she communicated with us up front. The crew was professional and finished on time. There were small little things, like one of our kitchen back splash pieces broke off, but they fixed it nicely. There was also dirt on some of the walls. Not a huge issue, since I could wipe it off. (For $5000 less, I can wipe some dirt off of walls). Part of the window sill wasn’t fastened on one of the windows. The owner thought it was that way before. (He wasn’t at the site). We emailed him a video of the problem and when his crew was out the next day they sealed it for us which was great...helped keep wasps out! The crew was really professional. We loved having them around! We even got a bottle of wine out of the deal. We’ve already recommended them to two friends. Actually thought I wrote this several months ago, but I do not see my review.

Melissa and Bill Kish were amazing to work with from start to finish. We got bids from over five companies, but none of them came close to the level of customer service we received with the Kish's. Most companies were very "salesy" but Melissa and Bill were honest and kind from the beginning. They even told us where we could save money elsewhere (they specifically said, "We can't compete with replacing your front door, you're better off to go somewhere else for that"). How may companies will be that honest with someone? Not many, that's for sure. We communicated back and forth many times before committing to pursuing their company to install our windows, and every time we called or emailed, we received a response within minutes to just a few hours. Such amazing customer service! The installation process was a breeze; the crew was incredibly kind and even brought my son a toy tool belt so he could feel like part of the team. They were courteous, clean, and most importantly, got the job done in exactly three days (their estimate). Had the weather been nicer, it would have been one day less. I can't say enough nice things about this company. Do not hesitate to contact them for a free quote!
