They were professional

We got 3 quotes for windows for our house. Window installation specialists was the best offer of the 3. They were $5000 cheaper than the highest bid. They even included an Angie’s list coupon they had going at the time. (We were quoting the exact same line of Marvin windows). They were professional. Melissa even called to see if they could reschedule the installation start date, because one of their guys was in the hospital. I appreciate that she communicated with us up front. The crew was professional and finished on time. There were small little things, like one of our kitchen back splash pieces broke off, but they fixed it nicely. There was also dirt on some of the walls. Not a huge issue, since I could wipe it off. (For $5000 less, I can wipe some dirt off of walls). Part of the window sill wasn’t fastened on one of the windows. The owner thought it was that way before. (He wasn’t at the site). We emailed him a video of the problem and when his crew was out the next day they sealed it for us which was great...helped keep wasps out! The crew was really professional. We loved having them around! We even got a bottle of wine out of the deal. We’ve already recommended them to two friends. Actually thought I wrote this several months ago, but I do not see my review.
