He brings to you a menu of Regional American cuisine, his own recipes for dishes he developed through 25 years of culinary experience. From Northwest Bistros to the luxurious resorts of the Southwest and grand ballrooms of the East coast and many stops in between, he has gleaned an appreciation and interpretation of varied customs and cultures, which he brings together for your sampling.
