Terrible Service, Horrible Consumer Relations by Ryan B via Insider Pages on 9/27/2010 I was forced to wait six months for a response to a single overdraft. In that period, over $1000 built up and they still refused to respond to me! I had to contact state agencies before I could even find out what happened.
