The Target in Brandywine/Wilmington has 1 floor and the Springfield Target has 2 floors. Only wankers think otherwise! I Certainly believe that's worth $5.

Target is a deparmtent store that you can go into and you know they are going to have what you need. The prices are great and the store is always so bright and very, very clean. Plenty of parking.

Target usually has the items on sale. But you do need to check your receipts. Sometimes they don't ring up right.
They always seem to have what I want. I like to shop at the store.
PROS: they had the sale items on black friday.
