Chef Paolo Nota invites you to his new Italian restaurant, A Ca Mia. It is located on Route 248 in Walnutport, just minutes from the Lehigh Valley. Paolo Nota is a native of Torino, Italy, but has worked in the Lehigh Valley for almost twenty years. He was the chef at Pane e Vino and the former chef/owner of Paolo's. Now, he has decided to open a new restaurant closer to his family. A Ca Mia Restaurant's warm wooden decor is perfect for the entire family!
