At Rhode Island Endodontics, Dr. Usman Fazil is a graduate of Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine and is an American board-certified endodontist with over ten years of clinical experience, who served honorably for twelve years in the US Army Reserves. Our expert endodontic team works with state of the art technology including the use of CBCT, digital radiographs and dental microscopes. We are conveniently located in the Warwick Medical Building right next to the Warwick Mall.
