After receiving her J.D. Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2001, Lauren began work with the 2nd Judicial Circuit, Aiken County Solicitor's Office. She was employed with the Solicitor's Office from 2001 through 2011 prosecuting Felony and Misdemeanor cases in the Court of General Sessions.
