A Poor track recorder

This company has proven itself to be unreliable, I have had complaints in for over a year they have yet to be resolved. They have sprayed my sod with weed killer around my house which caused it to kill large portions of my yard. I called them and they just basically have stalled as much as possible. Now that the Company who sold our neighborhood Ryan homes has pulled out they have changed to a subcontractor and landscaping what does a very poor job, I wish I could show the pictures, just how bad the job is being done. I have given them seven days to make corrections but I believe I will most likely have to file a small claims action against them to get the damage that their vendors have done to my yard repaired. As a real estate professional I would suggest any homeowners association of even considering using this company based upon their prior history with myself and other homeowners. Caution is advised here. PS this company is owned by a family who has a legal practice also, it is a shame that people do not have a higher ethical standard for their company then what is being performed in my neighborhood.
