I love Coops but I dont think its nessassary to spend all that money on a trainer get ur membership and dedicate urself!

i started coops spartanburg the first day they opened . i got the great steve michalik for a trainer.i trained with him for eight months and i loved every minute of it .

no matter how far I roam..I will never find another gym as awesome as COOPS...I miss it & the caliber & quality of the people behind it ! I will remain forever a FAN !

As far as I am concerned Coop's is the only gym in Greenville, Anderson or Spartanburg.

Coop's is a great place to go workout. They have all of the machines and free weights that you could want and they are open 24 hours
