Even our maid service pricing is simple:

$79 for homes less than 1,800 square feet*
$89 for homes 1,800-2,300 square feet*
$99 for homes 2,300-3,000 square feet*
*rates are for bi-weekly service. If your home is larger than 3,000 square feet, please call for a quote.

Our first visit may require us to spend more time in the home in order to reach our sparkling Maid Simple standards. A small fee of $30 will be added to the initial visit. After that, the regular visits will be at the value price seen above.
