Dr. Seth Strauss is a chiropractic physician who specializes in sport and exercises sciences, advanced deep tissue work, and keeping the body in physical balance. At his practice, Ideal Posture & Spine, the doctor and his staff serve residents throughout Charleston and Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. As a former rugby player and athlete, he understands the importance of physical fitness and staying in shape. He also understands that there are times when that can be difficult due to illness or injury. It is his ultimate goal to help his clients regain their health and live a full and active life.
Dr. Seth has been studying the body and how it functions for many years. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science, is a Doctor of Chiropractic, and holds post-graduate specializations in high-performance periodization, pilates, advanced deep tissue work, advanced postural analysis, body alignment, and muscle balance. Dr. Seth continues to pursue his education by staying abreast of the most up-to-date research on body functionality, eating plans and exercise principles so that his patients always have access to the highest standards of care possible. Dr. Seth is one of a few Chiropractors who practice Chiropractic BioPhysics. His wife, Dr. Katally Strauss, is one of the other five providers.
