Once upon a time Customer service was important by tamstlc on 9/16/2017 Customer service Manager Lisa at the Kroger North Augusta location was very rude when I informed her I was over charged on a receipt. Initially she disputed the receipt, when she realized I was correct she opened the draw, slung money back at me and walked off. What happened to customer service?
