My 12 year old Maltese/Bichon, Max, needs regular grooming. When I moved to the area 2 years ago I used another groomer in the area. While the grooming was ok, the owners never seemed glad to see us and complained to me because Max barked too much. I chose that Groomer because it was 1 of 2 my Vet recommended. After less than a year I began asking my neighbors, people I met in the dog park, etc...who they took their dogs to and Wags

I have been buying my dog food for over 8 years here and having my dog groomed as well. Tyler loves his treats from there and has grown up on Fromm food that they recommended. Couldn't be happier with way he is treated in his grooming plus the way I have been as a customer for years.

We started shopping here two's ago due to the fact we had health issues with Binky and kirby from the first time we walked in the front door we were greeted. They were right there to help us with our needs for Binky and kirby found the right grain dry and wet food they even gave up many samples to help and if are yorkies didn't like the food we got a full refund or were able to pick another brand They go over and beyond for your needs we are happy to say that Binky and kirby skins rashes have cleared up over the past two year's I highly recommend wag & Whiskers I wouldn't shop any other place they are so nice both ladies that work the counter are so sweet we enjoy talking with them?? and if you forget what you bought they even look it up for you That is a big plus for me and Jim Exspecially when it comes to treats. Took our westie in for grooming today. We have always been satisfied and today was no exception for the grooming itself. We have been using these groomers for over a year with a charge of $45.00 (of course, we always leave a tip). Upon arriving today, we were told the charge would be $65.00, as they had a new groomer. No one bothered to call and let us know this beforehand. When questioned, we were told “in their defense, they do not know what the groomers charge as that is up to the groomer”. My response (and in our defense) “no one ever told us this” and again, we have been paying the same for over a year. We do not feel this is good business practice. To say the least, we will be finding a new groomer and new pet store.

We brought our 2 five month old toy Yorkie in for their first grooming and unfortunately were extremely disappointed. Our fur babies had such gorgeous long locks of hair, but needed some shaping around their face. I asked the groomer to just trim their bodies and clean up their faces so I could at least see their eyes. When I picked them up I was in shock! My little boy had no hair and had been shaved almost down to his skin and my little girl still had barely enough hair on top of her head for a pony tail!
I specifically requested no shaving, they are still adorable and thank goodness hair will grow back. But we will not be returning to this groomer ever again.
