Kristy Schumacher, CNP

Kristy Schumacher is a CNP at Monument Health Pain Management Clinic in Rapid City. Kristy earned a master's degree from Post University in Waterbury, Conn. as a nurse practitioner, and her nursing degree from the University of South Dakota. With over 25 years of experience in health care, Kristy is passionate about advocating for her patients and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support to manage their pain effectively.

Outside of her professional life, Kristy enjoys expressing her creative side, painting with oils and acrylics on canvas. She and her husband make their home in Lead, where they enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills. During the summer months, they love fishing on their pontoon boat and camping in the forest, immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the area.

Kristy's blend of artistic expression, deep connection to nature and unwavering commitment to her patients makes her a well-rounded and compassionate professional, both in and out of the clinic.
