my business carpets never looked better! by kitih68266 on 12/10/2020 I called out Optimal Prime to take a look at some carpets that I thought were beyond saving. Dirty contractor footprints in an industrial office space in Sioux Falls had me thinking with all that dirt and winter grime, there was not much we could do. Jason came out and measured the space and looked at the carpet fibers etc and didn’t promise perfection, but he said he thought there was still life in those dirty carpets. Using a rotary machine he was able to get the carpets cleaner Than I ever imagined! I thought for sure this carpet was a tear out soon, but instead I think we can hold off that expense a little longer. Optimal,Prime was fair, honest and brought great value for the money. I will be using them again on a regular basis. If you are in the Sioux Falls area and need carpets clean, give them a call!
