Great haircut and experience with Susan Harris and the front desk staff. The salon itself could use a facelift - starting to feel a little dated and kind of dingy.

This was my first spa experience at Gould's. The staff was friendly and courteous and the actual spa services were spectacular. I would highly recommend Gould's and this location.

RJ is wonderful, truly an artist. The staff is always very positive and upbeat. Its an awesome experience from the moment you walk in til you leave.

My hairstylist always does an excellent job and knows just how to cut or colour my hair, even if I am not exactly sure how to describe what I am wanting...she always makes it exactly what I had in mind! Mari Jane is excellent!

My facial was thorough and relaxing - I could have stayed all night. Actually, i tried to get Sherihan Musa to come home with me and continue on. She graciously declined since she had more clients coming in. Thank you!!!
