I've scored it low for two reasons: the food and the crime in the area. Corky's is a tourist attraction, the BBQ is so so. (Germantown Commissary is the place to go for the best BBQ).

I have eaten at the Germantown Corky's every time I pass thru Memphis. I love this location and the food. I have never had to wait for a table but the food is just as good as the signature location.

I have eaten at Corky's with family members and friends a number of times. The food is good, especially the ribs. Sometimes, however, there has been a bit of a wait. I usually find another restaurant where I won't have to wait.
