In-Home Urgent Care: We’re ready to treat you in the comfort and safety of your own home. We’ll arrive with all of the equipment needed to treat ages 2-102, ranging from the most complex to the simplest urgent care needs.
Concierge Medicine: Offering services for twelve (12) months of Unlimited Medical House Calls and Tele-Health Calls, for up to six individuals in the same single-family household. Available 24 hours, 7 days a week, with no service fee per visit.
Mobile IV Therapy: IV Hydration in the comfort and safety of your own home. We can include Vitamins such as B-Complex, B12, Glutathione, and Sodium Ascorbate, among others! Now offering NAD+IV therapy too. All for one flat fee!
Weight Loss Management: At Medical House Calls, our goal is to help you lose weight in a safe, effective manner through healthy behaviors, a low-calorie diet, and medical weight-loss treatments. House Calls: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at your door when you need them. One flat fee that includes evaluation, full exam, treatment plan, and prescriptions if needed. We can treat infections, illnesses, injuries, wound care, and respiratory conditions, as well as offer specialized care.

What are your hours?

Our Office & Scheduling hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm, but we see Patients Seven Days a week, 7 am-7 pm. We are available outside of normal business hours for a $50 up-charge to the standard visit if needed. We are here when you need us, night or day, every day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit cards and health savings cards.

How much do visits with MHC cost?

Our service fees vary from $99 - $249 and cover the visit and treatment. Also ask about our unlimited concierge medical service. Our promise is that you will know how much you pay before committing to our service. And since we list our prices on our website, there is never any surprises when you receive your bill. We intentionally keep prices as low as possible for added savings to you and your family. We accept cash, major credit cards and health savings cards.

How does mobile urgent healthcare work?

Our board certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants will visit you in the comfort of your own home. This means you don’t have to drive to ER or urgent care and wait. Once we evaluate your condition, we will give you the correct medical treatment for your condition.

Is mobile urgent care better than going to an urgent care?

There are advantages to both depending on your symptoms and complaints at the time. Standard urgent cares are fully equipped and staffed to handle more extreme cases. However, visits to standard urgent care centers tend to result in longer wait times, exposure to other sick patients, longer drive times and higher cost. Mobile urgent care has the capabilities to provide 85-90% of most essential services that are provided by standard urgent care, only in the privacy of his/her own home.

Can you do procedures?

We provide suturing, fracture care, we remove ingrown toenails, drain cyst or abscesses as well as other minor procedures in the comfort of your own home.

Does my health insurance cover the cost?

Many insurance companies allow you to pay for urgent care up front and then you can file for out of network reimbursement. We require payment at the time of your visit. We will provide you with the visit details including the visit notes, invoice and follow up instructions for you to pass along to your insurance provider. Typically the cost of the MHC visit is substantially lower than the ER or urgent care so it makes sense to use MHC so that your cost stay lower. Gone are the days of the $500 deductible, most plans now have high deductible plans $3,000-$10,000 and you as the patient must meet that deductible before your insurance kicks in.

What is mobile urgent care or at-home urgent care?

Mobile urgent or at-home care is bucking the trend for traditional health care. In the 1960’s almost 50 % of all doctor visits were house calls. By the 1980s it made up of only 0.6%. Our mobile urgent care is somewhere between a regular doctor visit and urgent care or ER visit.
