Unprofessional no call no show company..... by tasssyxp on 9/15/2017 I don't even know where to start with this one. I contacted this company last week to set up a time to get a quote. It was set for Monday for a 1 hour time frame and I was notified that if it was raining they wouldn't be here. Monday came, and it was raining. I asked if there was another time to set since they wouldn't be doing it that day due to the rain. The following day I get a text asking to set it for Wednesday for a 1 hour time frame. I said sure. He was a no call no show. It was raining the last 30 mins of the window but they could of notified me. Then today, Thursday, I was contacted and asked for a certain 1 hour time frame today or for tomorrow. I said today would work. 4 mins to the end of that window I get a text saying that he was on his way but running behind. I said that was fine. Then I was told where he was which should of been about 15 mins out. . . . 1 hour and 45 mins past the scheduled time ... still not here. Not to mention, I was told he was on the way but had to pick up his equipment first. Not sure what equipment but, he still has not shown. I have not received a follow up message or anything. Just another no call no show. It became dark and I knew that he would not show. I have written this one off as just an unprofessional no call no show company. I will not move forward for another reschedule either.
